1. Straight up: our flavourless and odourless MCT Oil can be taken as is. Just pour it into a tablespoon, measuring cup or glass and consume as is.
2. Make your coffee bulletproof: MCT Oil is one of the ingredients of bulletproof coffee (used in keto diets). To make bulletproof coffee, simply pour coffee into a blender, add butter and MCT oil, blend until smooth and enjoy!
