IMMUNITY Mocktail

Ingredients
- 4 dropperfuls of IMMUNITY
- Juice of ½ orange
- Juice of ¼ lemon
- 1 tsp manuka honey
- 1 cup water
- Rosemary, sliced oranges, ginger and lemon to garnish
Method
- Add 4 dropperfuls of Truth Origins Immunity to a glass, along with the manuka honey, and squeeze in your lemon and orange juice.
- Stir well to combine and add in the sliced fruit and ginger.
- Fill your glass with cold water, stir again and garnish with fresh rosemary.
IMMUNITY tea

Ingredients
- 3ml IMMUNITY
- 1/4 lemon
- Honey
Method
- Add 3ml (4 droppersful) of IMMUNITY into a tea cup
- Add juice of 1 lemon wedge (1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon)
- Top with hot water (not boiling)
- Add 1 teaspoon honey or more to taste
- Stir & enjoy!
SHIELD Grilled Peaches With a Maple Drizzle

Ingredients
- 3 peaches, pitted and halved
- 1.5 tbsp of maple syrup
- 3 pumps of Truth Origins SHIELD
- 1 tsp chopped hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp of firm soy or coconut yoghurt
Method
- Brush the halved peaches with some maple syrup and place them in a hot, lightly greased grill pan or grill and sear them until grill marks form.
- In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup with 3 pumps of Truth Origins SHIELD.
- Top the seared peach halves with a dollop of soy or coconut yoghurt, a drizzle of maple syrup mixed with Truth Origins SHIELD and some chopped hazelnuts.
VITALITY Golden Milk Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup soy milk
- ½ a frozen banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp ground vanilla powder
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 4 pumps of Truth Origins VITALITY
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- More cinnamon and chia seeds to garnish
Method
1. Add the soy milk to a blender, along with the frozen banana, cinnamon, turmeric, ground vanilla powder, VITALITY and chia seeds and blend until completely smooth.
2. Add ice to the mixture and blend until the desired consistency has been achieved.
3. Pour your golden milk smoothie into a glass and top with more chia seeds and cinnamon.
Optional: You can add unflavoured, plant-based protein to this smoothie if you prefer smoothies with a higher protein content.
VITALITY Golden Milk Smoothie

- 1 cup soy milk
- ½ a frozen banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp ground vanilla powder

- More cinnamon and chia seeds to garnish
Method
1. In a blender, blend the orange slices with the plant-based milk until completely smooth.
2. Add the frozen banana, plant-based protein powder and 1 serving of Truth Origins VITALITY and blend until a creamy consistency is achieved.
3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl, add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
Pineapple & Lime Chia Puddings

Ingredients
- 3 cups/600g dairy-free yoghurt
- 4 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 cup/200g pineapple chunks
- 12 pumps (2 serves) Truth Origins Vitality Liquid Curcumin
- 1/2 lime (grated)
Method
1. Combine 2 cups/ 400grams of your yoghurt of choice with the chia seeds and place in the fridge. Leave for a couple of hours, or ideally overnight
2. Next, combine the remaining yoghurt with your Vitality Liquid Curcumin and pour into two glasses
3. Add the chia pudding on top, followed by the pineapple chunks.
4. Finish by garnishing with lemon zest.
5. Enjoy!
Curcuminbread Cookies

Takes 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup dairy free butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Molasses
- 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoon soy milk
- 12 pumps Truth Origins Vitality Liquid Curcumin
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees c)
2. Add the butter and brown sugar to a bowl and cream together in a large mixing bowl
3. Add in the Molasses and mix together
4. Add the flour and the baking soda incrementally whilst stirring
5. In a small bowl mix the Vitality Liquid curcumin with the ginger, cinnamon, salt, and soy milk until the spices are fully dissolved
6. Mix the wet and the dry ingredients together
7. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on parchment paper
8. Place into the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes
9. Remove from oven and allow to completely cool before moving them
Strawberry smoothie bowl

Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 6 fresh chopped strawberries
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 serving of Truth Origins Shield Strawberry Vitamin C drops
- 2 tablespoons of dairy-free yoghurt
- 250ml dairy-free milk
- 1 teaspoon of nut butter
- Chia seeds
- Desiccated coconut
- Cacao nibs
Method
- In a food processor or blender add the banana, 4 of the strawberries, ice cubes, Shield vitamin c drops, yoghurt, milk, and nut butter.
- Blend until smooth and pour into bowl or glass.
- Top with chia seeds, desiccated coconut, cacao nibs and the remaining 2 strawberries.
- Enjoy!
Chocolate strawberry marble banana loaf

Takes 1 hr 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 6 servings of Shield Vitamin C
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 220ml dairy free milk
- 60ml melted coconut oil
- 40ml maple syrup
- 80g light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 400g plain flour
- 60g melted dark chocolate
- 15g cacao powder
- Handful of sliced fresh strawberries
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180c, and grease or line a 2lb loaf tin.
- In a large mixing bowl combine Shield vitamin c drops, mashed bananas, 200ml of dairy-free milk, coconut oil and maple syrup. In another mixing bowl sieve the flour, and combine with sugar and baking powder.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, and mix until completely combined.
- Next pour half of the mixture into the other mixing bowl, and add the melted chocolate, cacao powder and remaining 20ml of dairy-free milk to one of the bowls.
- Combine thoroughly.
- Add 1 tablespoon of each mixture after the other, until the loaf tin is full. You want to create an almost chessboard like pattern.
- Next, using a knife draw lines vertically and horizontally through the mixture roughly 3 times to create the marbling.
- Gently push sliced strawberries into the top of the mixture, and cover with foil. Make sure the foil is loose so the loaf can rise whilst baking without getting stuck to the foil.
- Place in oven to bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Check on the loaf halfway through, and add some more sliced strawberries into the gaps.
- Take the foil off with 10 minutes to go, to enable to the loaf to crisp up on the top.
- Leave to cool, before slicing and enjoying.
Baked Strawberry Oats

Ingredients
- 1 Banana (mashed)
- 40 pumps of Truth Origins Shield Liquid Vitamin C
- 200g Oats
- 40g Desiccated coconut
- 150g Strawberries (sliced)
- 300ml Dairy-free milk
- 4 tablespoons of Maple syrup
- 1⁄4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Suggested Toppings:
- dairy-free yoghurt
- Coconut chips
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180c.
- In a mixing bowl combine oats, desiccated coconut, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.
- In a separate mixing bowl combine mashed banana, liquid vitamin C, dairy-free milk.
- Add wet ingredients into dry, and combine thoroughly.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries (saving a few for on top) and empty mixture into a heatproof dish.
- Place dish in the oven for 25 minutes, before serving with a dollop of your favourite dairy-free yoghurt .
Anti-inflammatory Smoothie Bowl

Start your day with this delicious anti-inflammatory Smoothie Bowl. Not only delicious but super energising, and with a good kick of our very own liquid Curcumin, a great way to keep those daily aches and pains at bay!

Ingredients
For the Smoothie Bowl:
- 200g/1½ cups frozen pineapple
- 125g/1 cup frozen mango
- 75g/3/4 cup frozen banana
- 45g/1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 tbsp macadamia butter or coconut manna
- 6-12 pumps Truth Origins Vitality Liquid Curcumin
- ½ cup plant-based milk
- Small pinch sea salt
Suggested Toppings:
- Coconut flakes
- Grated chocolate
- Fresh fruits
Method:
- Place all of the ingredients for the smoothie bowl into a high-speed blender/processor and pulse a few times before blending on high speed.
- Periodically scrape down the sides with a sturdy silicone spatula and repeat until smooth and a slightly melted ice cream-like consistency.
- Top with your preferred toppings and Voila!
Strawberry Cashew Milk

This gorgeously pink Strawberry Cashew Milk with liquid vitamin C from Truth Origins tastes just as good as the strawberry milkshake you had as a kid!

Ingredients
- ½ cup cashews (soaked in water overnight)
- 2 cups/500ml filtered water
- 1 cup/150g organic fresh strawberries
- ¼ tsp vanilla powder or 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch sea or Himalayan pink salt
- 12-24 pumps/6.6-13.2ml Truth Origins Shield Liquid Vitamin C
Method:
- Drain and rinse your cashews thoroughly.
- Add to a high-speed blender along with your 2 cups of water, strawberries, vanilla, and salt.
- Pulse a few times before blending on high until smooth.
- Hold a large nut milk bag over a large mixing bowl or measuring jug then pour through the blended mixture.
- Squeeze out as much moisture as possible before decanting the pulp (you can use this in baked goods or just throw in a smoothie).
- Stir in the Shield Liquid Vitamin C, starting at 12 pumps and adding additional pumps until you get to your preferred level of sweetness. Do not exceed 24 pumps!
- Decant into a glass bottle and seal.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or consumer straight away!
Notes
The recipe yields almost 600ml of gorgeous pink milk. I prefer to use the full 24 pumps of liquid vitamin C but 12 is still nice too. You can also up the strawberries to 200g if you wish!
*All cup measurements used are UK cup measurements and so 1 cup = 250ml. Please note that the prep time is largely setting time.
